Some corp cleaning van just clipped my car – BASTARD!!! Was coming down the road when this van comes flying up, never slowed down (I stopped). I couldn’t go no where as parked cars where on my side of the road whereas he could have stopped further up and let me go. They I say give us your insurance details and he says just take my number, that’s all ya can do. Anyway, it’s a scratch down the side of the car and a graze on the bumper for me.
He said I never stopped and his work mate backed him up the twat. He never took no details from my car but i got his van number. Prob won’t claim to be honest, give it a good clean on Sat and polish to see what the full damage is.
He wasn’t even gonna stop but got stuck at the lights so I fucking reversed (on the wrong side of the road  ) after him.

No i mean mate if your approaching a row of parked cars on your side of the road as soon as you have started going passed them and onto the other side of the road you have right of way tis in the highway code
