In motorbike trials a dab is when a rider comes into contact with the ground. The amount of dabs depend on the bodypart which touches the ground or aids in the riders balance.

One foot on the ground is 1 dab, two feet is 5 dabs and so on, I think you get 10 tabs for missing a section out by running round it.
