i have u2u'd ian/tim and even emailed them, but NO replies on how to go about it

go to premium services and if its up for renewal it will show u and u click on the nochex link as far as i know

You are not due to renew for more than a week, so it's not giving you the option...

I've now changed this, so you can renew anytime during the month prior to your expiry...

bet alot of peoples are due around this time as it was this time last year they had the offer of 100th person gets the filter and year membership

Will it pick up my details when I pay?? i.e I won't lose my user name garage pics etc... will I?

As long as you follow your 'renew' link (next to your RED expiry date), it will do a renewal. Nothing will ever delete garages.

In the rare occassion someone wishes to cancel their membership ( ) we do that all manually
