Theres this really fit girl i know who's 17 and has had about 10 driving lessons, so obviously still on a provisional. I'm 18 and had my license for a year. If I got caught letting her drive my car down some quiet roads at the dead of night what would happen? Could any action be taken against me e.g- lose license or summin? cheers

She'd get done for driving without the licence and I'm fairly sure you'd be prosecuted with something although I'm unsure what its called. Its definately a serious offence, expect a large number of points.
Private land is fine - you'd need to find some as car parks don't fall in to this category. You'll also find that the majority of beaches are not even private.
Licence aside, she's also not insured and at the age of 17 very capable of bending something which leaves you a little out of pocket for the sake of doing her a favour.

hmmmm fink i'll leave it then. I'll give her a ride instead! I'll try and find a good private car park to do it on, because thats definately fine - i went on an old airfield with my dad when i was 16 and he's a lawyer so that was obviously all above board.
