Had my crash on Saturday, car still not been assessed or been able to book it into a garage!

Her company rang me on Monday to accept full responsibility and told me to close my claim with my company. Did so thinking they would be quick to get it all fixed but since then they've been shite!!

It's my daughter's birthday on Monday and I need to get to Lakeside shopping centre tomorrow to get her presents and wanted to take them out for the day on Sunday but can't do either without a car! They said I can't have a courtesy car until my car is in the garage being repaired.

Fuming!!

Shell, slightly pushed in behind the drivers side rear light cluster and slight crease where everything was pushed forward.

Estimate to fix was £1800.
