I had to exchange all my scottish notes when I went to Oxford. Nowhere would accept my "fake" Scottish money

no. they are breaking the law if they refuse scottish note.

makes me laugh. once got a policeman into a shop in oxford casue they would not accept the note.

They might be breaking the law if they don't accept it, but there's no law regarding whether they give you change or not.

Icy we dont accept scottish money for some reason i dont know why and we dont accept irish either cos its plastic so its doesnt crinkle haha
