So how does it work then:
They can drive the car if they are fully comp ? (the car is nt currently insured by me).
Surely if they were fully comp that only covers 3rd party ?
What happens if there is an accident whats my rights ?
Bankers draft, cash or cheque whats best & how can i check the valdility?

best to get cash up front if they wont to test drive, as in final part of sale

do it as a condiction of sale, they like the look, can't spot anything wrong, you take them out, they like it, give you cash, then if they some thing wrong that you didn't tell them, then they can av cash back

everytime i have been to look at a car with my mates dad etc... the buyer has alsways been allowed to drive the car. its just one of those things. just be careful. take them somewhere quiet, ie not many cars, country road, a straight one would be good.

take them to a private car park, or road and let them drive it
i.e. an open space where there aint much to crash into
