Well were can i start problems, problems, problems
Nothing has been delievered on time, stuff missing, poor service, products not fitting and now incorrect shafts for the fitting kit and im still waiting for a replacement.
The car is now behind schedule and ive had to cancel it going into the bodyshop(midas) which was the 16th feb and the exhaust(powerflow) which was the 13th Feb....
I have spent well over 2.5K plus what i purchased in the past for my old car
They dont ring me back and Pete doesnt have the courtsey to ring me a explain...  mad:
This has been going on from before christmas, im not gonna put all the fuck ups down cause ill be here all day and i know im not the only one who is having problems, but some advice to what action i can take to get some sort of answer

Dial 999 and ask some one who gives a fcuk ! 
Only Joking, saw your car at lee's on Sat, so to an Advice Bureau and see if their is some consumer act that you can get them on, as your not getting what you paid for !

if you are unhappy with their service stop moaning about it and cancel your order get a full refund and get it somewhere else.

Simon is a good bloke and if hes fcuked off with PVD, then they have no hope at all.
He would'nt complain unless he had the utmost reason to.

Yea they were a pain 2 me aswell. I ordered my front bumper of them in June and said it would take a month to make and send to me from birmingham. September came and it wasnt here so phoned up and they had 2 call Germany to find out why it was taking so long, dunno wot Germany had 2 do with it. Then they called back 2 say the company in germany who made it lost my order so it wouldnt be ready for another month, I finally got it in november and got it put on with the rest of my kit last week.
Im now even more mad because when i picked it up on saturday i went over a speed bump and cracked the bumper and it now has 2 get repaired!

I would ring them Simon, tell them everything that has happened.
See if they offer you anything for time wasting etc.

Ask to speak with the customer services manager and explain ur situation, have they at least apologised and given u a reason why?

yer it is for my bros car....
the fitting kit was wrong, so when we drove it off last month the driveshaft pop out
the wheels caught on the capliars of the brakes, the didnt metion anything about needing a certain depth in the rims so have had to buy spacers
no braided hoses with the brakes plus they were a month late and it goes on

I am not being a dick I am tellign you like it is.
it should take them a few minutes to re-emburse your card. if they do not then you inform them of the sale of goods act.
I suggest you do a google search for the DTi and look up your rights. your covered by distance selling regulations.

Pete's the owner, at least he was last time I checked, so I'd guess there's no-one above him to speak to...
I've never had any problems with PVD, but I've not ordered anything large from them......morettes and replacement rear-lights, both came on the day specified as requested. Although I have heard of some people having problems with larger objects...

Also having problems with them as well!
I ordered the hubs and shafts on the 12th January, they told me I would have them at the beginning of Febuary! Still haven't received them!
My car was planned to go to Lee mid Feb for the conversion and after that the bodyshop at the beginning of March! But as I haven't got them my plans have been put back.
I have rung each week for the past 3 weeks, twice they took my name and number but never got back to me. I also know Snowy is waiting for the hubs as well and has had all of his plans put back as well!
I can understand they are busy and that the parts are coming from Europe but it would of been nice to know what was happening.
