y the hell dont they answer their phones??? ive phond them like 9 times so far and all i get is the automatic answer machine thing telling u 2 press 1 for this and press 2 for that. then after about 5mins of holding it automatcially hangs up on u!!!

havnt heard that - I got through straight away when I was new business - as soon as I had a problem they took hours to answer phone
