Hey,

Does anyone want a stainless battery cover? £32, top quality, and will be made to your spec if you send me the measurements of your battery!

I can also do stainless plug covers for the 1.4/1.6 16v with the plastic top cover removed, ie, all those with inlet manifold replacements.

I'll do anything else people want if they give me measurements for it...

Rad covers on the way, once I've got the design sorted

A few people from here contacted me on mig, but its now down with lost posts when it comes back, so you can contact me on here.

Will post pics if required

I can do manifold heatsheilds for the c16xe, but the ones with the egr part on the top of the manifold are tricky.

If someone could send me a pic of this it would be useful.

Pics as requested. Anything else people want to see please ask. I can also do powder coated rocker covers on exchange, the one in the pic is my own.

I can do more parts for other Vauxhalls, or Corsa's with C20XE's.

NovaGTE, could you show me a picture, or give me a rough idea of what the ecu cover would be like please.

As you can see from the pics, all the joins where the metal is folded together are welded from the inside then polished so you cant see them! Really are stunning quality.

I think I might have a standard exhaust manifold heatshield here, or I might have thrown it away...

It depends on what you want, do you want a copy of the standard one but in stainless, or something smaller?

I can do anything you give me sizes for. Battery covers are fairly universal, what else do you want?

wezjax, i'll work out a price for you. So you want something like the 2nd pic down (my heatshield) with the egr cut out?

I dont understand what you mean by a ecu cover as the corsa's ecu's are tucked up behind the dash.

NovaGTE, the battery cover will be no problem. Where is the ecu in that pic? If its just a small boxed cover you want, just give me the sizes.

its the one on the left hand side of the pic, don't think its that weird a shape. How much would it be for the battery cover, ECU and manifold heat sheild?

Provided the ecu cover is similar to a battery cover, and the exhaust manifold is simple, and you give me decent measurements to follow, your looking at about £90 for the 3.

Ok, im looking at the bit on the left, the battery cover and the cover to the left of centre at the back.

They all look simple, if you can give me measurements for them I can do them no problem.

the fuse bit on the left and the fuse bit on the back behind strutt brace

miles could u u2u me a price for a plug cover,heatshield with cut out for egr battery cover and powder coated r/cover,i have the same engine as u,with out the t/bodies(velos plenum instead)
