not sure if the x16xe is the same ?
but i the water galley hose is not essential but is right at the back of engine so best to change it before you fit engine.

if you dont want power steering then you take off the ribbed alternator and fit a v belt one you take off the tensior for the drive belt you dont need this now
and a sri mpi 8v crank pulley

Not sure, depends how hard you are going to be using them I guess. You can drill and groove standard disks easy enough, if you are going to be using it on the track though I'd get good ones, I'd be wary of after-market ones warping, could be unfounded but they could be getting very hot.

I'd just get pattern ones and leave them be for now, then get some Wilwood 4pots when you upgrade
