hey, dont know that much about computers but im tired of my slow computer soi wana max it up. i have got a compaq presario 5000 series which is shite i know but it looked nice at the time! its currently at 750mhz Amd Duron i think i wana knock this up to way past the 1ghz mark what other items would i need to make it compatable. would i need new motherboard? or anything else or could i just buy somthing like a 1.6ghz processor and slap that in.
