just been out to my car for the first time in a week cos ive been away, went to the drivers side and the builders next door have got concrete splashes all over my car   
 
3 weeks ive had it!! 
is concrete easy to get off?

Get pictures before you try to (very carefully) clean it off......that way, if you have to make a claim against them, you have the necessary proof rather than just saying "well, it was disgusting but I cleaned most of it off, so you can't see how bad it was before I cleaned it"

Go to them and tell them what they have done, take pictures (where it was sat etc) if it don't come off, simply send them the bill for the repair work.

cement has lime in it which is acidic, it will eat into ya paint work so get it off asap and tell them this, if its eaten into the laquer its gonna need a re-spray, could be lucky though
