ok i had an account with ebay & left an outstanding balance of £1.20 (i owed them) did nt bohter to pay for months & now they have frozen my account.
Problem is their user HELP is operated by computers & i can t seem to get in direct contact with someone (a human).
Any ideas ?

Ebay are cunnats.
You're fucked basically i've been having trouble with paypal, because the royal mail lost my package, so i bought a replacement and sent it to the bloke, but they're still trying to get money off me, so i emailed them about 5 times, get the shitty automated response every time.
SO...
Sent a harsher email explaining that they were cunts, and i got a different email back saying.
"You're problem is our top priority"
Which hopefully is gonna sort it

Yes thats what i get automated response.
This is what it says when i log in:
Users whose registered status is blocked must resolve any outstanding complaints on file before proceeding. Please resolve these issues and try again.
I copied this into the email & i got the "You're problem is our top priority" & i m still waiting

same SORT of thing as me
sold dvd - sent it last tuesday - he emailed today saying he still aint got it
bet the twat has really, but just saying he aint so he gets his money back - lucky it only went for £1.05 but from now on everything i send is getting a receipt for it
i cant tell him to fuck off cause its sent as that will fk up my feedback

Yeah, same thing as Drew, kind of...
I pissed him off a bit first though 
Basically, sold DVD Recorder, but couldn't afford the postage, so he complained he hadn't recieved it within 30 days (which is fair enough) He took it all up with Paypal, i got some lovely emails requesting i sort out a refund, or show proof that i have already refunded him
i finally sent it a month or two later (whoops) He didn't recieve it because Royal Mail had lost the package, and i was a cheap bastard and didn't pay for Special Delivery (which ironically has cost me an extra £220 in buying a replacement...)
So anyway, I sent him a replacement, he's recieved it, and all is well.
BUT Paypal are still insiting i give him a full refund, or provide proof of a refund being given - For some reason though, you only get two choices when you try and provide proof, either Paypal stole the money from you OR... You have to fax them details. Which is bullshit, and i can't do that.
Sooooo - (if you're still reading this, then you should really think about doing something else)
Long Story Short, Royal Mail lost my package, i had to buy another, sent that (via courier) and Paypal still won't let me use my account properly.
(Sorry about the Essay)
