Thats good, i got a quote earlier on elephant for 1.1k fully comp on a Corsa Gsi. I have made a claim and have 0NCB and i'm 19, this made me happy.

Thats a good quote, elephant were cheapest for me. Charges and extras for direct debit will make it nearer the 1600 mark though. My online quote was similar to that but when i phoned up and said i wanted to pay by DD they said its an extra charge.

^^ try www.quoteacar.co.uk, unless you're trying RIDICULOUS quotes (group 16+) they usually quote you. i get quotes on there and im 18

suprizing how much difference age makes, this is a very good example:
me 20 (at the time the policy was taken out) 0 no claims, 1.5 td all mods declared £740
my bro 18 same car and same adress as me £1900 fc with the same company, he took out this policy couple of weeks ago as it was the cheapest he could get. my renewal (at 21 as i am now) was £365 now that takes the piss.
