i am fancying one over summer, preferably a red t-bar model

probs looking to pay around £6k

anyone know much about these??

Love them; but 20MPG max on super unleaded with octane boost makes them expensive to run

but they go like stink; test drove a 260 BHP model and it was mental. Was gonna buy it untill i found this out myself!

The N/A are still a good drive tho; more userfreindly

My mate has a red t-bar turbo with 285bhp, it's one of the most fun cars i've ever driven

Marv, what u basing this reliable comment on ? the toyota 2.0 turbo engine is VERY GOOD and reliable, same engine also used in the celica GT4.

sxi mate, they are very reliable, just look after it like any car and it will go on, it is jap after all

bloke at work has not had one bit of luck with his since he got it, and my mate blew gearbox on his a month after he got it and it had a pretty good service history. bloke over road has one tho, and hes not had too much trouble

my boyfriends got a mr2, it aint a turbo but its aspirated and he thrashed one, but he gets about 80 mile outta £20 if he brays it!!!!

is should imagine mpg wouldnt be 2 bad when u drive it off boost
