at the moment i have a sub and standard 10cm speakers in my dash (i have a seat ibiza) and was wondering what 10cm speakers i should get? should i get some with a crossover? should i amp them? and which ones are the best?

yeah best to get componets (ones with crossover) and then yes you should amp them.
