bein looking into 1 of these the 2.2 or the 1.8 version seem pretty cheap pick up a X reg with good miliage for 8k which is my budget,,, cant insure the convertible tho for sum reason ,,think its becasue im only 20,

got a quote for the 2.2 at just under 1500quid and the 1.8 at around 1100 or so

its either 1 of them or a subaru impreza sport,

whats ppls opinions on the astra coupes ?

impreza sport is the 2.5 n/a isnt it? if so stay clear,coupes are nice shame about not getting insured on a convertible, would be perfect for summer

the 2.2 is a mint engine. we have no probs with them

impreza sport its just the 2litre engine ,,,bit underpowered tbh 124bhp on the models after 99
