all companys are different, u need to check in your contract...to be fair sounds like u've been in a bit of shit there before, best off just walking away and finding another job...no offense but was hardly a career

i didnt know if there was a general rule were they had to be signed or anything,

i havent been a shit really. just trying to do the best i could with what id got.

unfortunatly the manager didnt like the faact i knew more than she did.
