Illusion have fucked me around again, and i dont care if this post gets deleted, at least it might help someone. Please dont use them!

I was messed around loads ordering my alloys, but gavfe them the benefit of the dobut and used them to get some plasma dials. I was told by scott (via a post on CS) that their dials were better than the competition;s, hence £30 more. Noone had any in stock b4 xmas, so my dad ordered them from illusion, paying £30 more, hoiping they would be here by xmas. They finally arrived yesterday, and A) they sent the wrong dials. B) they say "plasmadials.com" on them, who are part of autotint, and therefore the exact same dials that the other companies sell. So annoyed! Stay clear....

And do you think this email is fair enough?

"We received the dials today (more than 6 weeks after ordering them) and they arent the right ones. My dad ordered the 130mph ones, and i know he did cos i wrote down my details and i heard him ask for them on the phone. I also read a message that you wrote on corsasport about your dials, saying they were £30 more cos they were better quality that the ones sold by autotint, but they are the exact same ones, and we had to pay £30 for the privelage.
What are your return ploicies, or should i just not even bother trying? I think if you advertise on corsasport, you should at least have the decency to be fair to your customers, and i know im not the first person to have a problem. Please let me have your contect details, i cant be botherd to look them up as i have already wasted too much time trying to sort this mess out.

and i dont care if this gets deleted as i said. I know more than one person on CS who has had problems with them. The last post was deleted by admin till it was sorted but ive had no reply from them either.

I hate seeing people get fucked around, thats all. Paid an extra £30 for the same product, which wasnt delievered in time, and was sent the wrong one!!! Its a fucking joke

well you can buy them new for £69 from autotint. I paid £99 for them, so i want my fucking money back from illusion.

My housem8 (born_upsideout) had probs with his wheel being refurbed in a completely different finish to the rest.... We got some stickers made up saying "Wheel Colour matched by xxxxxxx" and threatened to stick them on the car.... they soon sorted it out.

Still waiting for the dials, Sent the wrong ones back by registered post last week. We were promised that they were hand delivered to the courier, and would be with us on monday. Monday came and went, we rang tuesday, and were told that the person dealing with it was out, and that they would ring us back. We rang again today, and were told (again) that the person dealing with it wasnt there to talk to us, so my dad has now said he is going to get his solicitors involved. So about 11 weeks after ordering the dials, they still arent here, we have no refund, and even if we do get them, we will be paying £30 more than the other company's for the exact same thing. NOT HAPPY!
