no i am sure its SP3NO, it just crossed my mind cos i was gonna get it for my 21st last year but realised i couldnt but never checked 100% so though i would ask out of bordom

yes, that is not a plate
if its not s number letter letter letter then its a dateless plate and can be put on any car

i try explaining that to people marv but no one ever takes any of it in. the plates my mates used to think of and say ye im getting that one. they make no sense at all
