had a lil traffic lights race with a saxo vtr just now. I've got a 1.4 sport by the way, so on paper my car is about 1 second slower 0-60. Anyways, i was about 5metres behind him before i started (idiot!) anyways, caught up, nudged in front up to about 40 this was, then he started edging past me and i gave up cos didnt wanna go to fast and be stupid. Anyways from this it seems my car has more low down power than a saxo. any views on this? i was surprised to say the least/.

i don't normally race but fort y not! did a kitted up vectra the other day 2 which surprised me. (but that was when the car was stripped out!)

well in my opinion that is either bullshit or it wernt a real VTR. no chance can a 1.4 corsa keep up. is urs standard?
