Im gonna have a go at spraying my bonnet myself, thought it is about time i got it sorted, just wanted to know how much primer, top-coat and laquer am i gonna need, and what sort of prices should i be looking to pay?

primer 7quid a litre, paint 22quid a litre laquer 12.50. 5 litres or thinner 11quid. just bought all this today to do the same thing

My paint costs £46 per litre.

i can get cheaper than that, so im after 1 litre of primer, 1litre of top coat, and one litre of laquer. and thinners. anyone know whats the best ratio of thinner to paint to use?
