going to be ample for my 12" JBL sub, I'm not sure of the RMS figure, but the max peak power is around 500w..

should be ok just run them both at low power for a while and dont run the amp flat out

My friend had one of these. Not the greatest build quailty or material but u do get a manual bass controller and i have to say it ran his 12" fine. Should imagine that runs about 300w RMS. Will be fine to run your sub.
