I feel that I need more training in the operation of a telephone, I therefore feel unqualified to do such a task, and as such, would rather be a lazy computer geek and try and find out on the Internet...

OK well although unqualified to do so, I dialled the number (putting 141 before it of course), only to be greeted by a drunk and/or retarded Glaswegian saying "haww"; I suspect he meant to say "hello"...
