ouch! not good

like adam says though, shouldn't be too hard to fix as the damage looks to be just underneathe the bumper from the pics & not the rear quarter panel which is lucky!

Sorry to see that mate, looks like a new bumper should do it although without looking properly i couldn't tell if any of the mounting points are damaged

Hanging's not good enough for this scum. Luckily the damage is hidden by the bumper so the cost will not be as bad as it could be. Also gives the chance to sort out that rust spot developing near the spot weld and nicely concealed (normally!) by the bumper.

Sorry to hear that fella. It's happened to me too before, but on me bike when I was in Skelmersdale. It's full of roundabouts and one way systems so its quality for rides. 3 pikey bastards in a Escort kept over taking us and hitting the brakes when in front of us. After a while me and me mate got a bit pissed off with it and just shot off and left them. About 10 mins later the same Escort came flying up the road with no lights on, nailed it round the roundabout and hit me with the back end of his car and knocked me off. Good job I was with me mate because the Escort just left me for dead. Police turned up after me mate phoned them, but they were more intrested in wanting to know why I had a race can on my bike, even though it was a write off

Well if you get it done at Vauxhall it will. I'd try to get hold of a second hand rear bumper from somewhere like LMF Vauxhall, they are pretty cheap and they should be able to sort you one out. Then get it to a bodyshop, it should work out cheaper than Vauxhall.
