Im currently trying to text a friend who is in america, with an american mobile phone and number. Is there any special code or number i have to put in as it keeps rejecting

when you reply to a TXT in the UK... note it add's +44 to the beginning.... maybe you have to do 001<insertmobilenumberhere>

try that... worked for me when I was in the states txting UK

replace the 0 at the start with the country code and i think it should work

the number doesnt start with a 0, it starts with a 1 and 001 didnt work, it said rejected message.

ok, tried 00 and it delivered, but not to her phone by the sounds of it........

My message report said it is delivered but she hasnt received it.

yeah havent you gotta insert the state code as well? its +01 or 00 <state code> i know thats what it is for landlines not a clue about mobs tho

landlines is with a zero, mobiles is with a +.

just put two 0's in front of number. for instance - 1 619 897 5643 becomes 00-1-619-897- 5643. take it from me im from the states

i thought your message centre automatically amends the delivery number. orange did with me. just put normal mob no in and they got sent???????????
