I'm just looking for some 1/4 mile times of 1.6 16v corsas and where they were timed?

for example...

Corsa 1.6 16v xx.xxsecs @ xx.xxmph @ Santa Pod

I got a 15.118 @ 93mph in my Corsa 1.6 16v. Just needed more torque to get me into the 14's.

That modded to the max 1.4 16v nova that is fully stripped with perspex windows etc.. only manages high 14's so think someone is fibbing!!

As said, high BHP 1.4 16v used for rallying, not road legal!!!

13's would be hard but low low 14's deffo.

If you are refering to cp of novaload fame (car is painted in vauxhall btcc colours) then that car runs a quaife straight cut gear kit which has a very long first gear and altho this is brilliant on the track it is less then ideal for a short 1/4 mile sprint.

High 14s in a normally aspirated 1400cc car is still an achievment.

Depending on the gearbox spec of this tuned 1400 corsa (more powerful then cps by the sound of it) i think it would be possible for it to break into the 13 second 1/4 mile just look at miles' nova he puts out roughly 200bhp runs a normal gearbox and is practically in the 13s.

Well look at Andy's 214bhp 1.6 16v, if that can't get into the 13's I doubt a 1.4 16v Corsa will.
