yeah when he was giving us the breifing i heard the Proxys go and when we left as i got in there was a few lads stood behind my car ,

looks like you had a quality meet lads. sorry i couldn't make it. uni assignment and all that stuff. lol saw sams lap time, i think he must have been cheating. must have been the NOS.

Time to start planning SW meet 12. i'd be up for karting

My overall best lap time of the evening was a 33.04, considering I only had 2 races in the fast karts I thought this was not bad! Sams was only 0.12 of a sec faster at 32.92 (and he had quite a few goes in the fast karts + he's been before

)

No offence Nath, but you were holding me up in that final race

I kept hitting you, and having to break hehe. - only did a 34 flat in that race

Was a bit gutted I didn't get more goes in the faster kart, I feel I would of been more used to it for the final and could of possibly set the overall fastest lap of the night if I had.

Oh well, it was all great fun and brilliant value for money.

on the corners but not on the straights

still beat ya on points aswell,

and on lap time

yeh that's coz you weigh less than me

Note I was beating you on the corners - takes more skill hehe. Only reason you beat me on points was because one of the quarter finals or semi? were gridded depending on your lap times previously, since I had only been in the slower karts up to then, everyone had a better lap time and I started 5th

So I had 2 goes at being 5th on the grid. Oh well...

You obviously beat me on lap time in final as I could not get past

but overall I got a faster lap time throughout the whole thing

Remember the first practice, I could tell us two were gonna be in the final as we had already left people behind even though we were only learning the track.

Anyway, its all a good laugh.

hehe just watched the final race - great vid

- You can see my frustration, I was constantly behind you, but couldn't get past (me in black helmet - you in white) - kept trying to go up the inside / outside on straights but u left me behind down em lol - great racing

im used to slowing down for corners as i know what happens in rear wheel drive when you go in to fast
