Anything i can do to it, was gunna just wait till i get my 205 late this year, but feel like tuning this now!!!

Already got a scorpian group a system and need a cat pipe made.

What else can i do? Gunna tidy it up a bit with samco hoses to, so anything that would make the bay look better would be good!!!

You mean by standard equipment? 8v seems quicker than 16v but 16v has better top end....

Sri 8v has fcuk all.

Sri 16v has immobiliser and airbag. Not sure if PAS was standard

Sunroof/electric mirrors/windows are optional extras, but you can fit them in yourself (the latter 2) at a later day, as all the relevant loom is there behind the dash.

Ask him if they fit the 8v SRi 82bhp engine? If so, thats more power straight away. Or look at another set of twin carbs. Needs setting up, but will work really well! That along with a fast road cam, vernier pulley, exhaust manifold, de cat and ur current exhaust should see over 100bhp, more like 110-115. That can all be done for around 1500. Lots of Nova SR owners do it and thats the same engine.

Post up on mig asking the best way to go tuning the 1.4 8v!

Whats the difference between a unichip and a superchip?
I've had my car rolling roaded and at the mo the torque pattern has a bad dip between 3,500rpm and 4,500rpm, the technician said it was built in by Vauxhall for economy, will either of these chips sort this problem and how much are these chips, I also have the 8v SRi with the C14SE.

Ive got a '94L SRi 8v, its got Sports seats, Leccy one touch windows, Drivers airbag, Heated and leccy mirrors, used to have 14" alloys, erm..
As regards to what youll get for 1500 quid, thats what i paid for mine in October, it had a full MOT, new cambelt and water pump, but it had done 97000. My mate went to the auctions for one, and they were holding their value so well he came home. Plus the colour makes a difference on price, the Aqua Metallic Green ones are way too common, so are cheaper, Red ones are quite common, and fade, White ones - dont go there, and mines Black, which is probably the best colour to go for. It looks bad!
