Does anyone know where i could possibly pick one of these up from?
And what's a good price to be paying for one?

If not a Turbo'd Calibra engine? where from??

Anyone?

Don't know what to go for, cally turbo or just straight forward red top. It's a 1.6 8v gte nova at the min and i wanna feel the real upgrade in power. The 1.6 is running 120bhp at the min so feeling turbo the only way.

THe other thing to consider is the mileage on a turbo engine and what state the turbo will be in. HOw do you know it hasnt been ragged to death. If you go the turbo route, make sure you can easily afford it and have money to spare cause if it does go wrong, it wont be cheap to fix.

Redtop engine conversion = £1500
Redtop Turbo + F28 = £1500 alone. In total, its a £4000+ conversion.

my 5 was bad enough for traction, spun in 1st,2nd,3rd and sometimes into 4th in the dry when ragging it, just no good, unless u gradually get the power down its a waste of time, but i had very little lag and it came on full boost quite quick!
im goin for the redtop conversion,

Mine seems to really pickup in the higher revs though, think its just the engines

Not had it on the rollers yet. The induction kit wrks well but im not sure if its being starved a bit of air lower down and it doesn't pickup as quick. Gonna remove the feed to see it makes a difference.

Hoping for 160bhp though.
