Compare the amount of rusty pics to the amount of satisfied customers with very nice systems

imo it depends on your supplier. (where u are in the country)

Just to correct some assumptions made here...

If your Powerflow system is made of grade-409 stainless steel (which it most likely will have been unless you requested differently), rust is NOT covered in the lifetime guarantee unless it actually creates a hole in the steel.

So your exhaust can be 100% covered in a layer of rust, and Powerflow won't give you a penny back......I've got Trading Standards involved to try to change that, with mine.

My thoughts exactly! It only took 10 months to deteriorate to that state......wasn't even on the car a year!

Grade-409 is stainless steel, it's just the lowest quality you can find (I think)......Grade-304 is what any decent respectable exhaust-company would use, as it stays "stainless".

And, because I didn't really look into alternatives (or what was a good price at the time), I paid £450 for the full system with decat.

Nothing yet...

Although I'm not pinning too many hopes on it, Trading Standards are still involved and I'm (and they are) waiting for the official reply from the letter I sent to Powerflow.
