snipe is really easy to get to, its just off m60 (ashton under lyne junction) left at lights then left at next lights, then its on left hand side, big retail park.

well you have to come up this way anyway to get to cheshire oaks, so get on the motorway M62 and get off at Birchwood (think junction 11) and ill meet u all there

I'd meet ya but depends which way you come to get to warrington! I am from Macclesfield so will probs go via Wilmslow onto M56 then M62 then meet m-dot!
