went to see it this morning. all i can say is

the last time you all saw desmonds car it looked like this

but now it looks like this

heres the story

as some of you may know dessys car has been in the bodyshop for nearly a year. the guy who owns it is called Dave Frost and if any of you think des is bad this guy is f**king scandalous! for afew years now he has run a vehicle repair centre mainly dealing in van resprays for big engineering companies.they had afew fallings out mainly over Dave not having his car done on time.

dave lost all his big contracts with these companies and his business started to go downhill. he eventually went into receivership and was in the process of moving to smaller premisies, unknown to des, dave left desmonds car outside a shitty little lockup at the back of the powerflow centre in donny. bear in mind the car had no glass in the windows, no doors, boot open, all the bits waiting to go on inside the car and totally unattended(with the keys left in ignition). dave went totally bust and sold the business to his brother who is continuing to keep the company running. des got a call off dave and he told him that his car had been moved, explained how his brother was taking over and how he was no longer anything to do with his car. that night as you can see dessys car was raided taking 4 x 19" dare 5 wheels, front lights,206 rear lights, bits from the engine, alarm and other bits waiting to go on. another car was up there that some of you may recognise. top gear performances yellow mitsi fto. the wheels were stolen from this but notice how well theyve put in on blocks

they even made sure none of the bodywork hit the floor

thet just dropped his with one under the sideskirt

and one put very badly under the brake caliper (not cheap brakes either)

everyone ive spoke to thinks it was dave who did it, and its also very strange how on the night dave tells des he has nothing to do with the business anymore all this happens

like him or not you gotta feel sorry for him

des is taking dave to court to claim money back for neglagence. having a grudge is one thing, but leaving a customers car in that state in a place like that surley should be illegal

Well, Des did my car, and I think it was, by the sounds of things, done where his got taken from. Seeing his car like that really sucks, some of the damage is purely malicious, like the arches being ripped off. A car which has gone from pretty much cover car status to scrapyard status, cos of some fucking wanker

so when were the pics taken? howcome its so rusty allready?

surely Des must have been to see it in the bodyshop from time to time? that kinda rust must take a little while,

what a nightmare, how can they have so little respect for someones car!

pooor car!

Big shoot out to Des Sorry to here about it m8ty
was a fuking nice car :S
this happened to my m8's Nova, 1000's spent and then place was going under but bloke sold all the bits and ran off

des will be lucky to get anything back as Dave told me that des hadent payed him anything for 4/5 months and by law after 2 months of noshow/no payment the car belongs to the bodyshop, so maybe (des has got to hope and pay it isent) in the eyes of the law the car belongs to Dave/the bodyshop and he could do as he wished with it.

some one has a field day with that, madness as i offered to buy it off dave as des had not payed for anything.

he selling the brakes just out of interest? (i know its not nice rather then them just sat there? or being stolen off it. Or can he not do anything till courts done?)

when i worked in a bodyshop , if the customer/insurance company never payed in 60 days , the car became there (the bodyshops) property, and it did happen a few times

I'd check they weren't damaged first, sitting a car on that caliper won't do it any good
