what does "intermediary" mean?
am i right in thinking it means the middle man?
ive been emailing someone from the head office of jc design in belgium and he wrote:
"Unfortunately I can nothing make to help you!! It is preferable that you are
made refund by your intermediary or that it pours us assembling it in order to
finally be able to deliver your parts to you!!!
I remain at your disposal so necessary. "
obviously theres abit of a problem with language but i can sort of get what he's saying.
to me it seems he is trying to say that i should either get a refund from the intermediary (i wont name who  ) or arrange for the intermediary to send payment so they can post my goods.
help is much appreciated 
i wasnt going to name him but f**k it why shouldnt i? it has taken over 9 months so far

If you paid your local shop to have something from J E Design...it's your local shop that is responsible not JE Design...

it wasnt actually a shop
i have a credit card statement showing the payment going to him. i have told him to find the receipt showing him sending the payment
he told me he would have by tomorrow

i would never order from him,
hes a farce.
JC design are a quality company and do all they can to help. Cant say anything bad about their customer service

i totally agree but desmond is one of my best mates 
jc are a top company, one of my mates has bought from them before and they were great
just dont know where i stand

Every time someone has ever mentioned this guy on corsasport since i been registered (2 years now), its always been bad press. Yet ppl still go onto buy stuff off him etc!!

then buy from regal autosport or jc design direct.
