just make sure that the weld a plastic plate over b4 smoothing as opposed to just fibreglassing it -extra strength rigidity and longevity

The front and back smoothed looks really good, but the only problem is, you then have to find another location for the plate, so then it looks out of place and stuck on:- Which ruins the whole effect.

What would be nice is having the swadgeline between the top and bottom halves of the bumpers smoothed in, and then having the rear wiper arm, and boot lock removed, but keep the recess for the plate. Thats what i'd do anyway

You can smooth the arches - Corsa rally cars dont use seperate arches and panels - they are all moulded into one fibreglass panel. (Both front and rear arches)

As for the recess, Ive done this to spare bumpers for the Nova, if you want to know how, give me a shout.

no i mean "plastic welding" - ie plastic weld a plastic plate into the recess - only a few places can do this properly.

I think Petherics p/s looks good fully smoothed, the rescess and the bumer line - I wouldnt smooth the bumper into the bodywork tho
