turns out that my car isnt actually overheating (i dont think) for for some reason, theres a large pipe that appears to be leakin heavily behind the alternator, and the water is hittin the exhaust manifold n steaming (i think). anyone heard of this before? and how do i stop it, because each time it happens its loosin a lot of water

yes probably when the thermostat opens up like its supposed to when the engine gets hot, that pipe is damaged mate.
