wipe all the cache stuff I'm not an expert (can u tell) but refreshing gets certain data from your computer to save load times. but there is a way of totally starting again if u see what i mean

that has to be done by running a disc cleanup, then back to IE, tools, options, clear history, delete cookies, then content tab, autocomplete, clear forms, clear passwords. This should now be fresh.
