really have the urge to build a project form scratch over time, but can't decide what

my corsa is having a new engine and im keeping it regardess of what i buy

but what shall i do

1: XE powered mini

2: LET powered Nova

3: 1380 race tuned mini

4: Astra GTE

5: sumthing else

yeah strip it race style total vauxhall stripped done a mk 2 gte bout a year ago. Said the results were good.
