is there any way u can reduce them???

be nice to get some of my 50 bhp back

or could it mean i have a dead gearbox

The transmission loss is caused by he gearbox, diff, driveshaft CV joints, hub bearing.
To reduce it you could put in a race box, or try putting in fresh fluid, but the results will be negligable.

Nope just at uni there I don't live anywhere near wales, so I can't spell brilliantly. Big Woop!!
What I mean is, less you go for a full straight cut racing gearbox (£2000+) then changing fluid will only give yo a small gain.
I wouldn't be too bothered about flywheel figures they mean sh*t, they are guess work, and hence unreliable. Wheel BHP and torque are what really count.
You may have got a high loss due to underinflated tires, as these will cause a increased rolling loss.
