Check the gromet plugging up the hole where a rear wiper usually is Cant be bothered to make a new panel

but that whole panel is a one off for the convertable mate?

As far as I can see that panel is identical to the normal 3dr panel, it just doesnt have the top half.

Couldnt have put it better..........

If they simply chopped the top off, how would the boot open?? It also had been adapted for a spoiler (ie: 4 holes along it) and to accomodate the folding roof.

But ur still sayin that smoothing a wiper hole wud be too hard.

In fact, it probably cost vauxhall more in time + machinery by cuttin that hole, then the ocst of the grommit.
