guy on performance vw site has a 1.9 tdi that does 0-60 in like 5 seconds, it started off life as the 90 bhp varient, now has 223 bhp. no reason why a corsa couldnt be the same, its just the lack of performance parts for them, there is loads of tuning stuff for the 1.9

I allready know some of the mods
but is no use in telling them coz i dont know where the parts come from...

but...

As i've said
it as a hybrid turbo (variable) and hybrid pump...
modded by the owner with other cars parts
and some parts done by him

the "carter" (in Portuguese... where the oil sits!?)
is from a 1.7 DTi model to be in aluminium...

and the intercooler is from a IVECO truck...
some size as the water cooler

cooling is the secret here boys

that is all i can tell for now...

maybe the sump is larger on the 1.7 which would allow him to put more in therforeit would be slightly cooler.

Huge radiator, intercooler and oil cooler is the way to go

....dont forget the diesel pump, as he mentioned the she broke until he modded it!

The gearboxes are the unsolved problem, as he brakes 2 or 3 by year!!!
