one on the left looks worst off, the deposit on the plug, has it cracked or something? looks like a little sooty like some exhaust gases have escaped & fouled it or something

also the cap looks massive compared to the rest, has the core/tip gone?

maybe yeah I aint heard of it just going from looks, there could be a small crack or something going down the inside of the plug maybe & under the pressures produced could cause small amounts to seep thru??

either that or it wasnt a good fit when it was in the head, but I doubt that somehow

EON's ha ha ha. get fecking GTi specific plugs

the electrodes them selves look normal but a better pic would be needed to give a better opinion. the outer part of the plug are a bit dirty. is your rocker cover a bit weepy or have you split oil when you've topped up. for most cars up to 1000ml per 1000 miles is the norm. new cars actually tend to use a lot of oil till they are run in.

Mine doesn't use that much oil. How much oil is it between the max and min on the dipstick and the dash guage?? Mine maybe drops a quarter from the top every 2000 miles.

I use the dash guage as a rough guide as it seems to be fairly accurate but also check the dipstick every week just to be sure.
