Was just looking on their site, and the sports kit adds 16BHP on the C20XE engines. Are these good?? I know they are well known etc, but are they a good quality mod. And is that figure BS??

dying.......seriously, went out last night.......BAD idea!! went into work still lashed up, got home and chucked.....plesant!!
erm any hoooo that bhp figure is probably bollox, for the cams.
cams change the valve lead, lag, and lift letting a bit more fuel and air in, but if you haven't got any other engine mods like induction kit, gas flowed head etc, it is unlikely that there will be a large increase in bhp.

I was out having a meal. Twas my sisters birthday bash  God did we all get very very pissed 
There was 9 of us. hels was there as well, wen to Tao in beconsfeild, the total bill came to £290

went to the last post in chesham straight after work for one pint.......................................
had two in there, then went to the red lion and had one, on the way to the phesant in amersham, we went passed the other red lion so we had a pint in there, and finnished up in the phesant playin pool, i got home at closing..........

yeh, with lee and his sister......
i would put money on kent cams fitted to an otherwise standard c20xe not producing an extra 16bhp
