Just thought i'd relay a bit of good customer service. 
 
Bought a Griffin Survivor case for my iPhone 5 (I needed a seriously tough case as i'm a tradesman and am also pretty clumsy with phones) 
 
Anyway, the case has a little rubber rotating flap to cover the camera. Mine broke and became detached. I only payed £16 or thereabouts for the case and it gets treated quite harshly. I've had it a little shy of a year. 
 
I emailed Griffin in the off chance they'd tell me it wasn't wear and tear or accidently damaged, got a reply within 12 hours, was told to send them a photo of the damage and they are sending me another straight away! 
 
In this day and age when after care service can be pretty shite at best, I was well impressed with how quickly they handled it

I will choose nothing but to store our school owned iPads here, I caught one kid smashing another over the back of the head with one, kid was crying, iPad was fine
