About time i sort out my website 
If i purchase a wordpress theme, will the them come with images to select from.
Looking at something like this:

No, doubt it.
Most themes come with images and use them as "illustrated examples" so even if you have the file from the theme and don't have the license or purchased the image you can still get sued.
There are a few free sites, one is www.sxc.hu (owned by iStock) and they're not amazing, but for free you can't complain. Some do need credits given to the photographer and some have no restrictions on use

A lot of tempates have watermarks over the image, so you can't use them. Template Monster do this, but depends on which uploader has used what etc.
Also do you like this, similar and looks a bit less boring?

And then once you get the theme set up, all you need is a great logo and some customised UI elements.

A bit cheaper, imo better looking and it's responsive.
