Would you swap allegiance to another Mobile OS?

Apparently iOS users are more loyal..

I'll say I'll stick with iOS but only because my experience of Android and Windows Mobile have not been as good.

If something better comes out then I'll move.

What about Blackberry OS?

I must admit I was a huge blackberry fan, but I've had my 9900 Bold since it came out and I'm not massively impressed any more.

I don't know if I could call myself loyal to iOS, I got rid of my iPhone but still love my iPad and iPod touch. I like blackberries for their physical keyboard, I find them shit for browsing, great for messaging. I love the ability to customise android, some cracking apps out there, some I couldn't get on my iPhone. I don't intend to even try windowsphone. I can't win

I've had iPhones for a whole now! The original one and all the models since... Meaning I have spent a fair chunk on apps. So changing would mean having up re-buy the apps etc...

I'm tempted by the new Samsung Galaxy though! The S2 is a great phone.

One of the things in Apples favor is typically they will have spent more on apps and thus will not want to move as they will loose these/have to buy them again

The iPhone is probably the only mobile I've ever owned that never randomly freezes or reboots itself. iOS gets my vote!

That's probably to do with the fact apple hardware and software is so locked down though surely?
When you bear in mind google have no real control over the devices android is put on?
It's a bit like the age old mac os v windows argument I suppose.

I like how clean and smooth the UI is in IOS is but I like to play with everything and your limited with what you can do there, also the fact they pack the the OS into old(er) technology doesn't help. The fact that HTC are allowing people to unlock the bootloader via their own website speaks volumes for me that they listen to the side of the market I would say I dabble with (rooting/custom roms etc) and that combined with the customisiation available would make me stick with android

My desire was bad for this on android but the S2 is rock solid. I have far more problems with apps crashing on my iPad than I do on the Samsung.

I'd be willing to try Android if I couldn't afford the latest iPhone or needed to save money. Probably willing to try Windows too!

But I'd have to invest in an alarm clock with Android or use an old phone to wake me up.
