Can someone remove the number plate and smooth the bumper insert (not so it's smoothed into the bumper but so it has no recess for the plate) and also enlarge the lower centre grille so it is about twice the height please?

I hope that makes sense?

Not quite, just the centre grille and go upwards with it so it's almost level with the bump strip.

A bit like when people cut a GSi bumper for an intercooler
