I get to hear a lot of bullshit about cars and I just nod my head knowingly now

But, one of the builders seemed quite clued up the other day said he owned in the very early 90's a Corolla Turbo 4x4 that was stripped out something to do with their success in Rally Championships? Said it was about 230bhp, had livery etc on it?

Anyone know what hes talking about? Said something about them being imported and only a select few were ever sold and he sold it onto Turbo Technics in exchange for a Turbo'd XR4i?

You get alot of this offshore in the tea shack, particularly from geordies. I just keep my mouth shut, Id be there all day trying to explain something to them which they haven't a clue about
