The fact that he hasn't stated the mileage or history of the engine, even though he himself stripped the car, coupled with the lack of gearbox etc makes me believe it isn't THAT good a deal. At all.

with that description coupled witht the face he lives 200 miles away from me i would take a punt at £50 for it

Not a good deal at all.
